Vitamins:
Once / year do a bottle of:
- folic acid at 5mg/ day (1-2 months before PAP, or if having a lot of heavy sex)
- beta carotene 30,000 IU/day (I like beta-care-all by natural factors. Look for a non-synthetic source)
- selenium 200mcg + Vitamin E 200IU
Botanicals:
Take a round of herbal tinctures when you have a new sex partner, or if immune system is low with colds or flues (after cold has resolved,) or once a year.
Anti Viral Support :
Thuja 25 ml; Echinacea 80 ml: Ligusticum 60 ml; Taraxacum 60 ml; Glycerrhiza 25 ml
250 ml: 2 tsp morning 1 tsp night in water or juice
Immune Building Support (following Anti-viral Tincture)
Ganoderma 75ml; Astragalus 100ml; Trifolium 50 ml; Glycerrhiza 25 ml
250 ml: 2 tsp morning 1 tsp night in water or juice
Nutrition:
Organic Green Tea or Matcha 5 times a week
70% vegetarian foods – high fiber whole grains, raw fruits, nuts and veggies, lots of leafy greens. Legumes 3 times per week. Broccoli or cauliflower or kale or bok choy daily.
Probiotics 6 months of the year
2 tbsp ground flax seed daily
organic dairy 70% goat and sheep; 30% cow dairy or none at all
Lifestyle:
Use organic tampons or pads only
